which will vary from yogi to yogi and support of integration
images/photo2.webpMy integration through yoga and asana flow began as a teenager. My mom taught a program called Bodyflow™. That program included tai chi, yoga, and Pilates.
I noticed a big difference in healing and serenity, and though I was not a natural, I loved the quiet of my mind.
In college, at 18 and 19, I retained my own certifications and taught a program that was very similar, with different trademarks. By 20 I had 2 classes a week and loyal regulars.
For about a decade I guided with choreography that was new every season. I loved yoga flow the best, because it challenged my soul, in what I later learned was Samadhi Pada — chapter one of the Sutra — to still the fluctuations of the mind.
I moved my life to continue teaching Pilates, Barre, and yoga flows where I could. CorePower Yoga gave me the opportunity to receive a 300-hour certification. Dedication to Yoga Alliance, asana flows, guiding with intention, and coaching others.
Experienced, and still integrating, I love the authenticity of thought, emotion, and movement. The true compassion of releasing judgement. The true ego shedding of holding yourself accountable. The human need for support, and community
